Very pleased with the work carried out by Christian. He himself was friendly, respectful & courteous at all times. His workmanship very efficient & neat, including removing all the old metalwork and he kept me informed throughout the work.

J&S came in and in no time the leaking pipe work in the floor was located and exposed . They repaired the pipes in the floor very neatly and left the floor clean and tidy .

Pete responded very soon after putting out the request via Check a Trader. On diagnosing the problem and realising that we would be without a shower until the problem was fixed – he set about the repair immediately. He worked fast, professional and at all times respectful, friendly and courteous. To top it all, the bill was not astronomical at all – very reasonable. Would recommend him any day.

Just had boiler serviced, it needed a couple of minor jobs which were sorted quickly. a good local company who in my experience have delivered essential services to the highest standard. I will definitely use them again.

Our washing machine needed a valve replacing. J&S gave us prompt service and a good price. Thoroughly recommended.

Arrived on time, was friendly and explained what he was doing as well as discussing options for online control systems i was interested in. Was quick, tidy and extremly helpful. Took time to explain how the new parts where working and when we would need to look at replacing them and then took a water sample and sent the results back promptly. Excellent all round service, I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Booking was easy and they had availability quickly. The engineer was on time, speedy and professional with his work, and answered all the questions that I had. Very good, would use again.

Would definitely recommend using these guys. The two guys who came to our house were on time and friendly. Tidied up after themselves and did a great job. Replaced two rusty radiators and fixed our boiler. Will be using them again in the future.

Really recommend this company. We had a really tricky job. A stop tap needed relocating and some pipe work taking out and moving. I’ve used J and S for several years now for boiler and fire servicing. Their attention has always been very good, cost is reasonable compared to others, communication is timely, appointments kept and they treat you as an individual with any needs that arise.

They installed a new waste pipe and inlet pipe to washing machine, replaced bath and basin taps and when there was a water seeping issue under sink after the work, very swiftly returned and sorted. Used J&S for the first time a few months ago for our annual boiler service. Booking the appointment was straight forward enough and the price reasonable too. On the day, service was great with COVID rules followed and a prompt inspection and maintenance done. All very quick and easy with good customer service all round. Will use J&S again for our service next year!

Jason spent hours searching for the cause of our gas leak after we were given wrong information by Cadent on the cause. The visit was in the midst of the pandemic and he was fully PPE’d the whole time and made sure to socially distance too. I have always found Jason to be polite, professional and friendly. Would recommend J&S for any plumbing job.

Came first thing Monday morning after having cold showers all weekend. Found the issue, had the part in the van and all sorted 20mins after arrival. Fair price too! Definitely recommend 🙂

A previous plumber had done our bathroom but unfortuntely were not up to the standard required and left the toilet broken and did not complete the work. J&S stepped in and have rectified the issuss where possible. The plumber Jared was very proffessional fixed the problematic toilet, took out a downstairs toilet/sink and serviced the boiler all in one morning. Great job and great service throughout.

I’ve used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety. I’ve used J&S for several years now and wouldn’t use any other plumbing and heating service. Their work is excellent, they clean up after themselves and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

One phone call to friendly office staff and appointmentment booked and confirmed by email. Plus asking me to supply a photo of existing tap beforehand seems highly sensible. I have used before so happy to leave them access to house whilst I was out. Job completed to high standard.
