Care Plan Terms and Conditions

All payments taken via direct debit through Gocardless Monthly payments cover 1 service a year. Bronze, Silver and Gold plans also include unlimited call outs and parts. Price does not include replacement of appliances (boiler, radiators, taps etc). Provision should be made to allow the gas engineer access. Appointments can be made up to 1 month either side of boiler renewal date. Minimum 12 month contract.
