Used several times, for a few years
I’ve used J&S for a few years now on different properties (each with their own unique problems), and they’re always prompt, reliable, courteous and trustworthy. They’re big enough to handle all kinds of different problems, but small enough that the lovely lady who answers the phone knows you enough to help.
It’s the dream, really: they turn up when they say, listen carefully to make the right diagnosis, usually fix it there and then, and do a proper job that lasts for a good while rather than a shoddy patch-up job. In fact, the contrast is clear: last year I had a problem and hired a different plumber (who promised to get there quickly); that other plumber never showed up and after 4 months I called J&S who came out, fixed it all, and left me with a smile on my face. You really can’t ask for more.
